Description
COMPOSITION
The HIPRAVIAR® AP vaccine contains an inactivated AP 1282 strain of Paramyxovirus-1 (PMV-1) — the etiological agent responsible for pigeon paramyxovirosis.
Pigeon paramyxovirosis is characterized by respiratory symptoms such as conjunctivitis, dyspnoea, and nasal discharge, often accompanied by neurological and systemic signs including incoordination, torticollis, paralysis, diarrhoea, and a high mortality rate.
The vaccine is adjuvanted with an aqueous substance, ensuring excellent tolerance and no secondary effects from the adjuvant. The high viral antigen concentration in HIPRAVIAR-AP makes it particularly effective and well-suited for the prophylaxis of pigeon paramyxovirosis.
DOSAGE
Pigeons and falcons: 1 dose of 0.2 ml / bird.
