Description

COMPOSITION

Each ml contains:
• Flunixin (as meglumine) – 50 mg
• Excipients – q.s.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Administration route: Intravenous use.

Cattle:
• For control of acute inflammation and pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease: 2.2 mg of Flunixin (meglumine)/kg body weight every 24 hours for up to 3 days (equivalent to 0.44 ml of MEGLUXIN per 10 kg body weight).

Horses:
• For relief of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders (acute and chronic): 1.1 mg of Flunixin (meglumine)/kg body weight every 24 hours for up to 5 days (equivalent to 0.22 ml of MEGLUXIN per 10 kg body weight).
• For relief of visceral pain associated with colic: 1.1 mg of Flunixin (meglumine)/kg body weight (equivalent to 0.22 ml of MEGLUXIN per 10 kg body weight). The treatment may be repeated once or twice if symptoms persist.
